Everything is in excellent condition. The transmission is freshly converted to MT using all OEM BMW parts and done correctly. The UUC shifter has only a few thousand miles on it and zero miles on a fresh bearing set that was just installed. Aluminum shift rod joint is packed with a new OEM bushing.
For 6-bolt driveshaft owners (1995 to early 1997 manual M3): I have the Euro 6MT front half of the driveshaft that is PnP with your 5MT driveshaft for this conversion. +$300 for this. If you car is an original manual M3 and ~11/96 production date or older, you have a 6-bolt driveshaft.
For 4-bolt driveshaft owners: You will need an automatic driveshaft or a custom made shaft to finish this swap off. I do not have any of this.
For automatic owners: You will need additional parts like pedal assembly, clutch master and slave, lines, etc. I do not have any of this.
