102k miles. Purchased the car locally 9 years ago with 89k miles from 2nd owner; first owner was 2nd owner’s brother-in-law.
In very nice shape. Mostly stock with minor mods. Never tracked. Mature owner, former BMW motorcycle enthusiast. Selling since my dad passed away and left me his 1985 944. Don’t want to keep either parked outside. Will be sad to see it go and will certainly miss the manual and soft drop top.
19” VMR CSL-reps with mismatched tires. Ventus Evos fronts, General Exclaim rears. All have decent tread left (6-7/32nds all around; can certainly measure and take pics). Wheels are in nice shape with only minor scratches here or there and some very minor curb rash on some. They look fantastic from 5’.
Original 18”ers with aftermarket spacers and extended lug nuts, mismatched winter tires (Dunlop SP Winter Sport M3 fronts and Pirelli 240 Snow Sport MO rears) with great tread (11 and 8/32nds; not put on most winters since I don’t drive the car in rain or bad weather); wheels are in OK shape with original finish.
Paint is mostly very good but does have some rock chips here and there. Dr. Colorchip used to fill in the chips. Driver side mirror starting to show the typical browning, not bad, yet and doesn’t seem to be getting worse or spreading.
Status Groupe Scorza exhaust with Ti tips. Sounds amazing, especially at WOT, but not obnoxious.
Cold weather package (heated seats and rear seat pass through). Tail lights are LEDs. Front turn signal lenses are clear (replacements, not stock). ZHP shift knob.
Will come with extras for the right price: OEM vert wind screen and carrying case, AutoSolutions SSK (purchased used from a Forum member and in great shape; never installed on my car), original shift knob, extra trunk carpet (base), brand new newer design wheel center caps, original exhaust, breathable car cover, Peake Research code reader and original floor mats.
PPI before purchase by RRT in Virginia. Confirmed rod recall had been done. No subframe issues with the vert. Valve adjustment by Dafoe a few years ago, confirmed no VANOS issues. Few valves needed adjustment and I may be able to find the file he provided with details. Serviced by Aries at Prestige Automotive in Gaithersburg when needed, since. Should have the records, including exhaust install and recent oil change, new battery.
