These cars were so cheap that a lot got some questionable modifications! The previous owner was an enthusiast though and kept a detailed folder of invoices and work carried out, just had some questionable taste too..

      Whats happening guys.
Was semi lurker back in the old forums, figured i'll start fresh up here.
Transportation and distribution manager / proud owner of '04 M3.
Located in the suburbs of Windy City, participated in a few Windy City BMWCCA AC events, but had to park it due to mechanical breakdown (SHREDDED my carrier bearing during the last autocross event) and financial constrains and it was happily parked on jack stands till about a month ago.
With the quarantine going on, i figured i'll grab my wrenches and at least start planning everything and move towards having it back on the road.

      Current setup
      Euro Spec Headers
Status Gruppe Rasp Eliminator Pipe (catless) (would not recommend SG for this specific application)
Eventuri Intake w/ new cone design
      Buildjournal B-Spec tune
      Eibach Lowering springs
12.5 MM Front 15 MM rear spacers

      Parts waiting to be installed
      Ground Control Camber plates
Koni Yellow Shocks (guess not until BimmerWorld sends the whole set)
      Powerflex bushings all around
      Godspeed Adjustable rear control arms
      Autosolutions Short throw shifter

      Future plans
BBK (rears on hand , looking for options on fronts)
      Sunroof delete
      CSL trunk
      Power Pulley Kit

And here's my little trouble maker.

Hey everyone! Learned about this forum from some guys on Instagram. My name's Armand and I'm from Tampa, Florida. Currently S54 swapping my E36 M3/4/5 that I've had for about a year now. I'm a big Mercedes/AMG guy (as you can tell from my Instagram armand_c63) but there's just about something about the E36 that I couldn't stay away from haha. Excited to build the car and start driving it again!

Hello everyone. I recognize a few of you, well, your cars anyway.

I joined the M3forum.net after I bought my first M3 in 2001. Sad to see it is gone, but glad some good folks have started another. I now have two M3s. My first a '95 Avus that was my DD from 2001 until 2012. I just baby it now and spend money on it.

My second is a 2005 M3 ZCP IB Impulse Antracite I bought about a year and a half ago.

What’s going on guys. Just found out about the website last night. Didn’t waste too much time to join. Name is Eli from SoCal. I am proud papa of two classic BMWs. First one is a 1990 E30 325is with 44k miles. Second is a 1998 E36 M3 4/5 with 87k miles.
E30 has an auto and will get a 5 speed conversion soon plus some other goodies such as Konis and H&R suspension, subframe bushings, etc. E36 is getting subframe bushings refresh. Had extensive maintenance performed within the last year.
Anyway, good to meet you all.

That does look rather good. Concave ARC8 are the best wheels ever.

Not like the paint is worth trying to save at this point anyway lol.

                            • Hey guys! Nice to meet you. I recognize many of your names and cars from instagram and other forums.
My M car is a 1995 M3. I purchased the car as a project and learning platform. Its been an absolute blast to recondition this car. I travel a lot for work so I was able to accumulate some parts on the way. Its almost complete in my eyes.

My other car is a 1988 325ix. This is not an M car. But it is a 2 Door, 5 speed, White on Cardinal Red which makes it a pretty rare bird. Canada only ever
received 4 door auto's in the IX.

I briefly owned this wicked little 318is (poor man's m3). This car was probably the most fun car I have ever driven. I regret selling it most days.

Thanks! ARC8s are definitely the dream wheels for my car right behind E88s or LMs
