I mentioned swapping to a Euro cluster and that may be imminent now. My tach decided to go on strike on the highway yesterday. Some carefully placed percussive maintenance got it working again but should I bite to bullet for the Euro cluster or will it be cheap n easy to get mine sorted out?
this was a brand new cluster from BMW in 2001/2002 time frame. Not a junk yard unit.
I do fancy the oil temp gage but price of admission (about $500) is a bit more than I’d like to spend right now with Christmas bills coming in hot.
