  • Part Number Request - Diff Input Flange to Driveshaft - 4 Bolt

    Morning,

I am looking to see if anyone knows the PN's for the nut and bolt that connect the tail end of a 4-bolt driveshaft to the input flange on the rear diff.

My M3 originally came with a 6 bolt, so RealOEM doesn't have the right part number for me, and I can't find the correct one online.

I swapped to the 4-bolt flange to run a 1 piece driveshaft. Vorshlag sold me the driveshaft, and referenced these two part numbers when I asked them which hardware I needed.

    Nut - 07129964672
    Bolt - 26111206718

Said they are special M10x25mm bolts.

I purchased those parts and the bolts do not fit through the holes in either of the flanges.

    Thanks for your help

I'm assuming this is what you need (which is the same as the one Vorshlag told you)
    26111206718

"This Genuine BMW bolt secures the back of the driveshaft to differential input flange for driveshafts that use a rear universal joint. Not for cars with rear driveshaft CV joint . There are 4 of these bolts on the car. Sold individually.

This item fits the following BMWs:
    1992-1998 E36 BMW 318i 318is 318ti 318ic 323is 323ic 325i 325is 325ic 328i 328is 328ic M3"
