Geoff you're hilarious. I got rid of those RC302s, but I have dibs if you ever want to sell those LMs outright.

sigh* guess I'm gonna go turn my coils down now. I shouldn't have sold the LMs I never even managed to see in the 8 months of my ownership either haha.

I've no doubt I'd fall into this category if I ever sold mine. I know where I'd wind up. I mostly just don't have it in me to push the reset button and have to do all the work again.

Wouldn’t this be considered your 11th E36 build?

                This is painfully accurate.

J!m, I'll get some pics next time I have the wheels off.

Installed some clear tail lights from Rare36parts. I was on the fence about them initially but I think they work on a silver car. I also had an intermittant cylinder 5 misfire. After changing all spark plugs and coils, the issue came back. Turned out to be a bad fuel injector. I replaced all 6 and feels like the car picked up more power and the throttle response is much better.

I've never seen those lights before. Noy my cup o tea, but I don't even like the white signal lights everyone else seems to like so much...

That's fair. Honestly. Their quality kinda sucks. Whenever I get home and I open the garage I see them and think to myself that they're not bad but they're not great either. I think the reason why I'm in favor of the clear tail lights versus something more stock is because of the gold wheels. To me, the red tail lights stand out too much against the 3 other colors on the car (silver, black, gold). I think if I were to refinish the wheels in silver, I'd go back to the red tail lights.

Ambers might pair nicely with those wheels. Speaking of, what are the specs of those LMs?

I remember being a snot-nosed kid and buying your red '94 325iS. That one ended up either in LeMons or at the crusher (or LeMons then the crusher), unfortunately- grove rats did a number on the interior, and I learned a valuable lesson not to store cars at my parents' house. Had some fun with it, though- did Bimmerfest, installed LTW5s, averaged 34mpg commuting during the $5/gallon gas times.

Glad to see you're still building cars and still have an E36.

They are 18x8 ET35 with 245/35r18s. I agree, the amber lighting would probably tie it all together better. I wish I still have the stock lighting.

Wow, that was a long time ago. Fully how we still have E36s after all these years. Hope you've been well 😃
