Taking apart sedan rear armrest help

I am in the process of reupholstering my interior with mcross and alcantara (will create a thread soon of all updates to the M3). Problem is, I can’t find any info on how to take apart the rear armrest to remove the old leather. Has anyone done this and have any info?
