OEM vs aftermaret trailing arm bushings

I'm getting ready to replace the Rtabs and add limiters. I def don't want a harsh ride and was planning on sticking with OEM bushing but wanted to get some feedback before I make the purchase.

Also, it's one bushing per side?

Yep OEM/Lemforder bushings and limiters are the way to go. You need one bushing per side.

Having just done this myself, it’s a bit more of a pain than I expected, even with the right tools. If I were doing it again I’d go w this bimmerworld kit. Easier install and no worry about preload.
