Refreshing Factory Spoiler Mounting Hardware

Really a question for Brett cause I recall this being addressed in the old m3f but what is your solution or recommendation of demounting the factory spoilers to refresh underneath the spoiler?

i think the oem foam gaskets are nla from the factory so what is the alternative? Are there also better screws and treatment to prevent the nutserts in the spoiler from rusting or breaking off?
