I am replacing my C-pillar trim as the tabs broke off when I removed them when I recovered my headliner. I have an anthracite interior. When shopping around, the anthracite pieces are crazy expensive ($300+/ea). However, you can buy dove grey for about $75/ea. I went ahead and got the grey ones thinking I would just recover them, but thought maybe painting would be a better option as the fabric is OEM. Can anyone recommend a paint and color match to anthracite? Thanks!

There are no true dyes for this work though. Any “fabric” color spray is more like a paint... though not as bad. You’ll lose the fabric feel when you recolor it.
