  • Shifter Arm Carrier Bushing

Refreshing my old Rogue Octane shifter and wanted to know if anyone has tried using a poly shifter arm carrier bushing like Turners? Worth it or snake oil? Any NVH issues? I already have the delrin bushings on the transmission side that came from RE. After 15 years the shifter ball is still in great shape! Just swapping out the cup and cleaning everything back up and a new shift rod connector joint and seal. Thx. - Dave

I have no complaints with the few I have installed so far. Stay away from poly engine/trans mounts (OE engine and Rogue trans are a superb combo) and you’ll be fine.

+1 on this, OE engine and Rogue trans are a superb combo. Transformed shifting.

          +2!

I have the Turner shifter bushing + AKG DSSR. Very pleased with the shift quality. I suppose there's extra NVH on deceleration in low gear but it's hardly a bother.
