However i thought you might like to know that Pirelli have made your tyres again.

Bloody hell these are expensive.

Are they the original E30 period rubber bland? I'm all for retro and originality, but I hope these do have modern tech rubber.

Yep the rubber compoundsa are modern. So greener, better in the wet.

Modern quality control systems, specially from top brand manufacturers like Michelin and Pirelli are pretty incredible, so you dont get failures with top tyres.

However most importantly they have the same carcass characteristics, which is why an E30 M3 will handle better on these tyres than anything else. If Pirelli built a modern tyre to the best of their capabilities it wouldnt suit an E30 M3 as well as this P700-Z because the carcass of this tyre is ideally suited to your chassis. Horses for courses
